Seems all the archon mods I don't really see a good use for. All the bonus effects seem pretty weak, except maybe the one which gives more powerstrength after a healing ability, although there are not that many frames that could even utilise that.
You'll get your prime mods before your archons.

This means if the exalted weapon inflict toxin damage, you get corrosive for free.
We have a lot of frames, like 20 I think, that have exalted weapons.
This mod is ok, isn't OP (you won't use with everybody) but isn't week either (you'll use to build a specific thing, instead of everything).
Same with the other mods, they aren't suppose to substitute every single mod (like Prime does) they are suppose to substitute some mods in some builds.

The archon mod has her in the picture, most likely its a bug
Saryn having the mod not working for her 3 is a bug, since it's supposed to give her a guaranteed toxin status stack on hit.
So far, I only found this "Archon Continuity" mod interesting to use on Lavos.
Maybe it could be an option for Titania, Sevagoth and Ivara (provided you want to go for status on the exalted weapons) but I haven't tested yet.
(Tried it with Valkyr, but the issue is the mod does require you to apply a toxin status stack in the first place. And Valkyr's claws aren't that good for applying status, with a tiny 10% base to start with)
They added Gyre, the second warframe focused on electrical manipulation. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a second batch of Elemental Warframes completed.
So unless the ability directly applies the proc probs doesn't work. Same for the other mods
