How to play with friends only?

It forces me to party with strangers, and i don't even know how to leave the team...

Set your matchmaking to "Friends Only."

In your upper-left part of the screen there is a button saying Public. Click it and choose Private or Invite Only.

In Navigation or when you hit Esc, in the top left near your profile picture is a tab that says Matchmaking: Public. You can click this to change it to solo, invite only, and friend only.
