Pretty sure yes but do not take my word on it. Also for ♥♥♥♥♥ sake stop double posting.
Don't believe its description "Shatter your targets with explosive shells".
The explosions are cosmetic only, they do not cause splash damage at all. The bullets are the only thing that deal damage.
It has a very short range (250m) making it very ineffective for open outer space. There is no falloff damage after that range, the bullets just stop and explode at their max range.
It's useful for underwater and the Corpus archwing missions, since the enemy always appears in close range due to those tile sets.
It does decent damage and has punchthrough but innate magnetic damage?? We already have Velocitus for that. The way Grattler is designed I was hoping it would be either high impact or fire/blast element. It looks like something that came off a fighter jet or an anti-aircraft gun but...magnetic?? It doesn't fire fast either as it appearance suggests.
EDIT:
A recent hotfix fixed all the weird stats. Still bad range, but it is now a good damage dealer. No more magnetic, just direct puncture/impact/slash and with splash damage.
