Terrible customer service

I stopped playing this game because the customer service is awful. I used a forma in-game and submitted a report to them via their website. It has now been two months and no word from customer support. Since I spent money on the forma, I was expecting to get some reply. I will no longer play this game on either my ps4 or PC and I will be taking my group of players elsewhere.

A quick search on the internet has shown me that I am certainly not alone with this complaint. If you are thinkng of playing this, hope you don;t have any issues that require customer support.

You waited two months and just now decided to actually do something? Chances are your ticket got stuck and/or glitched out, so it never actually reached support. Resending another ticket should've fixed it.

P.S. wasting real money on forma is a horrible idea, as those things drop like crazy from the Void.

Well, that is only one Forma
And i didn't had any problems with Warframe.Support, they always helped me and it didn't took longer than week

You're complaining that you accidentally used a forma.... ? You realize how easily you can farm for those? And now you're using your stupidity to call DE out on "terrible customer service"? Well, don't let the door hit you on the way out. Can't say we'll miss you.

EDIT: I've never had issues with customer support. They've always replied to me right away (or a day or two later if they're backed-up). So... idk what to tell you.

On Warframe own ticket support it states not to put in more than one ticket as it can take a long time to reach tickets. 2 months is unacceptable. Also great to see toxic community members. Have fun with your game!

Forma is easy to grind when you're grinding for Prime parts. You could've spent your money on something more useful. If you're submitting a ticket because of that, you're wasting their time. You could be grinding another one during that time. And no I never had customer support issues because there's a method of using it their support system knowing when they are flooded and not flooded is the key to using it. For example right now would be flooded.

^^^^^ Guys above, this is not the problem of really low obtaining difficulty of forma or wiseness of buying a forma, but the slow responing customer support...

BTW, have a quick look on your profile and havent seen your record on Warframe, you intentionally come to forum@steam to ♥♥♥♥ or what?
What is your problem? You accidentally use the bought one and want a refund? DE is not responsible for that.
And I kinda agree with #1, saying the ticket may get lost in void, as every single part of their system may glictch for unknown reason.
It is weird to sit and wait response of a 2-months-ago ticket though: if you write a complaint mail to government, there is also a chance to miss the letter.Then you will wait 2 months and say the government is suck and never pay attention on their citizens?

If you are really paying a stupid real money on forma and wanna do something with DE (regardless it is reasonable or unreasonable), dude, we need to teach you how to be a customer?

PS if youve sent 10 tickets or what during last 2 months and receive no response, then I might join your side and ♥♥♥♥ DE together, but it is not the case.

Ticket was lost. I had an issue last week and support is supposed to be closed on the weekend but got it solved on Saturday regardless. Not sure what to tell you OP. Actually I do gotta ask, why'd you wait 2 months and then whine about it here rather than replying to your ticket after 3-4 days?

Support has seen about that he is crying about using a forma.. they ed hard and let it be. This isn't the awful support you just made them laugh to death.

Support is there to support.. not to reverse stupid human decisions.

I once fused something important accidentally, and thought that important mod dissapear into thin air. Contacted support, in a few days or a week, the fuse was undo, and I got my mod back.
They might not be perfect and it should be faster. But hey' it worked out in the end.

The problem is how long support takes to reply, not how he spent his plat. The same happened to me after submitting my first ticket. After 2 week of not getting a reply I sent another one. Then one more after like 5 days. It took them more than a month to answer after I made a post in one of the tickets asking why it was taking so long.

I had this same experience. I accidentally fused one of those unique mods from the bursa event and was dead sure it disappeared with an update. I contacted support and while it took awhile to hear back they told me that I had fused it, even knew what I fused it with, and offered to undo it. I got my mod back and all was well.
