When is Support Open?
I haven't played Warframe in probably 6-9 months at least. I wanted to log on, possibly pay some money, and mess around with the new toys. Upon trying to log in I find out my account was banned, I'm hoping by accident, and now I can't log in.

Alright, that's fine, I guess I'll just....
"Warframe Support is currently under heavy load. Please expect longer than usual processing times while we work through the backlog."

Alright, I'll wait a few hours and try again.
Same thing.

So does anyone have a clue -when- it is that I can actually even create a support ticket? This seems a little ridiculous because I can't even log on to their forums. So now any desire I've had to actually give them money has completely vanished. I still would love to play, and have played the hell out of this game since early closed beta.

I just stopped playing so can't help you out about that, but there didn't seem to be a problem.
Good luck though.

you can allways tweet steve, (@sj_sinclair) and ask about it
I spent lots of plat once and got banned. They said I was using some kind of memory changing software when I wasn't. But they unban me and said its my last chance if Im banned again Im banned forever. Anyways good luck with support.

From what I've read up on a bit this morning, warframe's support is too thin. Maybe I should apply for a job. I need to move come november anyway

...Also bear in mind that Update 17 has pretty much their entire infrastructure under siege. You may have to wait a little while for things to die down, but once you do get in contact, they'll probably be able to help. I haven't had TOO many interactions with their Support division, but the times that I have have been very productive.

Honestly I'm very sympathetic. This game is an astounding accomplishment considering they've been wanting to make 'it' since before the 360's release. Talk about passion.

I enjoy it a ton, and I'll be happy to play a 'less buggy update 17' than the people playing right now. Just less likely to spend money.

Someone tried to hack your account while you were gone and the system locked it down. Just submit a support ticket and they'll get to you after a few weeks. Average wait time ranges from 2 to 3 weeks.

Mind that regardless current Support status, they're still working. Even if they're "Under heavy load" it doesn't means that support is offline. So jut submit a ticket and you should be fine.

OH. That's confusing. I was under the impression that it wasn't allowing me to submit a ticket. There's one click through more to the forum where you actually submit a ticket after that red text.

Wow I feel stupid. I was expecting something like that.

No no. It's kinda like a umm... busy day at McDonalds. They have a lot of customers, but they are still working. You should be fine.

Thank you kindlty.

I'll append that I'm looking for a guild to play with. I left the game because I was having trouble finding a decent group to play with. Shouldn't be a problem now though...

Leave it to me to completely fail to make clear what Vulb can do in one sentence.

As far as the Guild/Clan/Whatever thing goes, I totally WOULD invite you, but right now my clan is having... I dunno, population/enthusiasm issues. I'm most likely gonna be making a new, smaller-scale clan in the not-too-distant future, so I'll keep your name on the list for that time.

Otherwise, when in doubt, ask around (as you have been doing).

That's suprising I'm always able to get through support. But usually DESteve replies my tickets. So if he's in charge of support atm, he's too busy with U17 to do support.

I -love- participating in the clan progression stuff. So you can at least count on me for that...

that and I'm going to be moving out to live alone in the future and you can bet your ass social gaming is going to be common practice for me again :P

Cool steam forum community tho
