Spoiled Strike is a Corrupted mod and can be obtained from the Orokin Vault.

Orokin Derelict Exterminate. You can buy reusable Orokin Derelict key blueprints from the market. Once you have the exterminate key, get a hearty crew of four people- make sure each one has a different vault key (you also get those blueprints from the market). There's 4 different vault keys, and they each have a negative effect on your frame, but you need all of them because the lock is randomized.
