Channeling cost with Focus energy and reflex coil.

Hey guys, newbie question here but i'm not really figuring this out.
As of now i've got a serro with a channeling cost of 5.
I've also got a focus energy maxed giving me 40% channeling efficiency.
I've also got a reflex coil maxed that gives me 60% channeling efficiency, together they make up for 100% channeling efficiency.
This should make my channeling cost go from 5 to 0, but it shows it's still 1.

Am i missing something here or does it not work like this?

Nothing in the game will ever cost 0 energy, simply because it would be OP as hell, imagine having 0 energy cost on Warframe Abilities like Mesa Peacemaker.

it's just weird that this is possible and there's no explanation about it anywhere. makes sense though, guess i'll just remove the reflex coil because really, that 1 extra energy saved isnt worth taking a mod slot.

Channeling probably has the same cap as abilities, which is 75%.
