Two forma to craft???

I've been a long supporter of this game, but these new grind walls are becoming a bit ridiculous. I am not going to spend any plat or any time grinding for these things.

I understand the devs have to make money, but this is getting out of hand now. Am I the only one who is suspcious of this new direction DE is going in?

I was just thinking of getting WArframe Prime Access because I love the game, but if this is the direction DE is going to take, I may have to rethink this purchase. I mean sure I can spend plat and get an adapter for about 6 frames. But I would rather spend plat on cosmetics and slots for more warframes and weapons, not for some Exilus Adapter which should probably be included in the game without paying or at the very least, allow us to have a permanent blueprint.

I'm probably going to keep playing the game, but I'm COMPLETELY ignoring and boycotting all of these unnecessary grindwalls DE is trying to force us to pay plat to bypass.

Exilus Adapter is aimed towards veterans who've got nothing better to do but to forma all the things.

It's not for newbies. Just because DE didn't slap a mastery rank on everything, doesn't mean everything's made for early game.

Exessive grindwalls could have opposite effect (at least on ppl like me). I refuse to pay plat for adapter exactly because too much grind is involved and I believe DE is being unfair to the Tenno. 2 formas to craft is rly too much. But I'm not paying...... I'm grinding..... grinding.... grinding.....

Like i said its optional, take your f*cking time to craft and no need to rush, you can progress without it, its not the end of the world without it, its like cosmetics ''optional'' too hard to understand?

You have 3k hours. You say you enjoy grinding but you WON'T be grinding for something you are forced to do that you don't enjoy?

Where exactly is this "forced" part? Is it the scanning part? I reach my daily Sanctuary rep limit by just running 2 high level missions alone with Loki and scanning unaware enemies. 10k rep at the end of each mission. Done in 10-15 minutes.

For a 3k-er you don't show patience, especially after having waited 1-3 days for everything you have crafted so far. You should have a lot of forma after so many hours. If you have been over-donating to your clan, that's on you. I also done a lot for my Moon clan (highest requirements), even singlehandeldy funding entire weapon researches all by myself. BUT I donated sensibly by keeping a minimum of resources available for myself.

I've just crafted my 3rd Exilus Adapter (so I have 4, including the free one you get from the Natah quest). I got them for free over time by just playing, never being "forced" to think that buying them is better. And you know what? These things are OVERRATED. I only put 2 of them in my frames so far, don't know what to do with the rest. They're not that big a deal.

There is a very limited number of mods that you can put in them and half of them are rubbish. This slot is a very minor convenience at the best. You don't NEED it. You are not FORCED into anything that you will get automatically over time without even trying. You are not missing out.

Most likely you will also need 1-2 more forma for your frame itself to free up more points for the mod in that slot if you don't have enough. See? More forma required! Like others have said, something this minor is just for long-time players with formas and time to kill.

Relax and stop the drama and conspiracy theories. It's all in your head.
