What are mods like warm coat and do i use them?
Is the damage faction based? do they combine, etc

If people are using mods like these they are clearly not using the slots DE is giving them in the right way.

i have played this game in the early open beta then after a year around u8 or 9 a bit more now it's update 17 and i still haven't found a reason why half of the mods exist
