quickening mod not working?
when applied to my redeemer, it takes away channeling efficiency but does not add the +20% attack speed...

20% attack speed isn't active if you are not channelling.

It's normal if you don't see the change on the stat because quickending adds attack speed ONLY while in channelling, so no change when you're attacking without using energy.
