Is Ghoulsaw just MR Fodder????

I dropped 4 forma on it. Tried to make a pure status CO build, a hybrid or status & crit build even a Heavy Attack only build and it's still too slow to kill a single Lv. 155 Heavy Gunner. I give up, I'm just gonna shelf this melee weapon, really disappointing and it looks so cool too.

Every weapon can do garbage content, being able to kill a level 155 heavy gunner would be a good test of whether or not a weapons good.

Considering you carry multiple weapons you always have access to multiple status effects and thus access to more dmg through CO. You can beat a lvl 155 Gunner even with a machete If you nukor him for 2 seconds.

Is the saw among the strongest melee weapons? No, Is it among the worst? I dont think so. Its able to deal quite a bit of damage with movement+E, the other combos are just gimmicks.

Ofc I would have wished for it to be stronger but its a fun weapon to use and in that regard it fulfilled my expectations. Riding it is pretty fun ^^

I think it is a laugh and a half. I love it. I love the love put into the animations.

I do find it rather odd though that it is so undecidedly not instantly a Meta weapon. I'm used to the weapons needing to be toned down, rather than up on releases. But I haven't paid that much attention to the stats of newly released items in some time.

My point being, with all the hype this had gotten for so long, I am surprised it isn't devastatingly over powered, and I think most people assumed it would be fairly close.

Instead, we are having arguments on if it is balanced for mid range content and light infantry Steel Path. Not a bad thing really, but not what I was expecting. But this was never gonna be used for anything other than pictures for me in the first place, massive saws just aren't my combat style.

Ghoulsaw makes me feel like leatherface. I wish it was buffed even more but for me doing mindless Infection waves or just grinding some mid enemy missions for items. it can get the job done. I only love doing melee fights

2/5. Looks and sounds great. The combos are super weak.

Sneak attack looks cool with all the hits and very brutal but not nice damage.

It needs over 50% base status chance to make any sense.

Would 5/5 10/10 simply if we could hold guard+forward attack to ride it continuously.

Anyone play LET IT DIE? Remember the "motorbike" weapon and its super? Like that.

It's a bit too clunky for my taste when there are so many more weapons that require less modding to be effective.
