Controller aim acceleration
so its 2022 now, annnd im not sure why its still an issue or no slider to turn it off. turning off steam controller support or vice versa has no effect. there is STILL built in aim acceleration. Its like trying to shoot when someone else is moving around aiming and you dont know when your shot will line up. Same for turning, it starts slow and ramps up after 2sec. How can i fix this without being forced to use a mouse. My mouse settings or logi g502 hero has no mouse acceleration options. Really gotta start vetting these things before release. the whole game is based around aiming/shooting. Its hard to do when you dont even have proper controller response time.

All i need is some advice on how to eliminate aim acceleration...can i do this is steam options? download a controller config? Is there a config/ini file where this is hidden? There is absolutely no way this made it past testing. You need real testers, not people that play a game 1hr 1 night a week.

Google search suggest disabling Steam "Force Controller" setting, found after going to Warframe properties under General.

tried all that, its still there with mouse acceleration off. its just not doing what its told with warframe compared to other games. Other games have actually scrapped it entirely or added sliders....switching to forced xbox one controller and switching right thumbstick from mouse movement to joystick got rid of it but the sensitifity was way too high at 0.

For clarity, this was not an issue before the update that made stupid fov changes to aiming to create a fake illusion of difficulty

in advanced controller options you can set all this. I have mine off almost completely. I leave a tiny amount on for fine aiming but thats just me. Pretty sure you can set time to reach full speed to be zero.
