Hey Tenno.

I would ensure both your Windows OS and your Graphic Card drivers are up-to-date.

If i remember it right AMD dropped support for that card at the end of last year. So it may be a gpu driver issue. You can also try to wipe the drivers using DDU and do a fresh install. Someone on the forums did that after his drivers got corrupted after a crash and solved the problem.

Win 7-64, directX 12 (supported by videocard), videocard NVidia GeForce GTX1660 Super. Launcher don't let to start game. Was trying to reinstall DirectX 12 - it's wrighting that version is new and correct. What is this? Meh...

Maybe you should learn something about computers. DirectX 12 was never supported by windows 7. It`s only available in windows 8 and above.
