Landing Craft foundry segments are ClanTech, you don't need to pay plaitnum for them. You just have to be in the well developed clan. Mantis, however, is an absolute painis in the ainis to farm, dropping from random Reinforced and Rare cotnainers of all factions just to get... a skin for your liset, basically. It doesn't even have an interior and is kinda useless, unless you want to look cool on the loading screen.

You need a Tenno Lab

I'm pretty sure you need Tenno lab for your segments and ship upgrades.

Tenno lab for upgrade segments.

Well it allows you to use the healing support drop so there's that. Could be useful from time to time.

That support drop, though... is kinda really meh. It gets easily outhealed by medium medical pads that you can grab in the dojo. I understand that landing crafts should not be insanely significant in terms of help on the battlefield (otherwise everybody would just nuke everything down all the time and Mantis becomes P2W because it's insanely hard to find), but... it's kinda underwhelming. Looks nice, though. Maybe next landing craft will be more interesting and have a proper interior.

To be honest, that's my biggest gripe with the Mantis - it's obviously different from the outside, why does it have the same interior?

the thing you hang out in is not the same thing that drops you off on the missions, the size is completely ridiculous , unless they made it like the tardis

They could make it long instead of wide like Liset and place all the computers on one side. Kinda like Drake Interplanetary Cutlass in Star Citizen

i mean all that stuff is not in the landing craft, it's too small to walk around

Ah, now I understood. When I compare it's outside with it's theoretical inside - yeah, it kinda feels... weird. I mean, when the Orbiter comes out it will makes sense - Lisets, Mantisses are just landing crafts, the real deal is carrier that they dock with. Maybe in U18 all the computers will be transfered into Orbiter, leaving only mission select to landing craft of choice. It would make sense for Mantis to change interior, then.

You can, through Warframe Support, but it's one time use though

The stuff below the ramp *is* in the orbiter - which you don't get to see because they haven't done a model for. Its why Ordis says he 'thought the obiter compartment would be bigger.
