Prisma Grakata

So I picked this thing up from the void trader just now and I suppose I made a mistake?

It has so much ammo but it deals so little damage I'm afraid even the high critical stats might not make that much of a difference. Correct me if I'm wrong about that though - but I believe the super high ammo consumption might leave me dry in the middle of the mission.

Also what's wrong with that reload animation ...

It's a good/decent weapon - up there with the Soma (base) and the other crit reliant light machine guns. And the super high ammo consumption will do that to you (so, so very often, sadly).

It does, however, need three plus forma to really shine. The fact the weapon has no base polarities does make the thing a chore to make good use of.

It's... I mean, it's not bad damage wise. But I am dry after one minute of fighting. Yes, it's a good weapon as a damage dealer - but it has ridiculous ammo inefficiency and ammo drops still give you static amount. But it looks pretty.

Vile precision for better ammo economy and accuracy. Rifle ammo mutation for ammo pick ups and you can fight much longer.

It does cost me some DPS, though. The whole point of Grakata is to dakka lotz und dakka fazt dem 'ummies and that optimized build kinda negates this.

It's a low damage and high crit weapon. You gota mod for the crit to do it's damage.

Modding it for minimum recoil and high crit chance is a good way to have a HUGE sequence of headcrits.

Prisma Grakata is an awesome gun.

Literally it's a Soma Prime with slightly less DPS and quicker reloads/more max ammo.
