Someone make the Stalker helmet for Excal in the TennoGen workshop.

Won't work. It would require a new model, which is currently prohibited (retextures only) plus TennoGen currently allows skins that affect only body.

The model is already in the game theoretically speaking? And helmets could be updated in.

Yes, model is in game - but we don't have access to it. We got access only to Mag, syandana, Sybaris, Excalibur, Skana and something else.

that suck, I was so hoping for a gray fox excalibur and raiden volt model :(

I too think the Stalker helmet needs to be added to Excal - it should be a Stalker drop and even more rare than Hate.

The name could be Arthur its self, in the sense that Stalker is actually bringing an apparent "justice" to the Tenno, that they are infact the evil party.
