Equilibrium mod not working

I built Equinox recently, and i thought that adding equilibrium mod to him would be a good idea, but it don't work..I don't gain energy while picking up health and i don't gain health when i pick up energy...It's rank 6/10 if it can help..I'd like to know if it just me, or if its totally bugged. Thanks for answering

Equinox has equilibrium as a passive that may have glitched it, but also who still uses equilibrium in any lategame build.

It was one of the first mods i've installed...I thought it would make it work like an infinite power plant..

You only gain if you're short on the same thing as the pickup gives you.

If you're at full energy - energy orbs will not give you health.

If you're at full health - health orbs will not give you energy.
