Morphics and Gallium drop on Mars. And they're relatively common "Rare" drops, compared to the likes of Neurodes and Neural Sensors in their respective planets. That means they should drop a-plenty on some of the high enemy density missions, like Interceptions, Excavations, Defenses and Survivals.

Mars is good for morphics. The Sergeant, the local boss, is easy as all to gank and drops both. If you want to focus on gallium specifically, I think Uranus is a good spot.
