Don't know about any nerfs, but Torid with incarnon is basically a build-in cheat code.

Beam lenght is ok, but it should require headshots to charge the incarnon form, just like the others do or atleast 6 bodyshots, so you have to reload it since it has 5 shots in magazine.

it dont need headshots because the projectile is less accurate than a blind man with a high recoil HMG and no bracing

I actually find it incredibly easy to headshot with it, probably because the missile has such a big hurt-box

This is misinformation, there's been no mention of nerf and there is absolutely zero reason to nerf Torid because there are other weapons that can achieve similar performance. Torid is just the most comfy option.

The devs barely ever nerf weapons, and if they were nerfing Torid they'd've done so ages ago. And if there's anything that needs changing about it, it'd be adjusting the Riven dispo to actually match the weapon's usage rate.

are you joking? the devs poracticy have a big red "nerf it" button. they only buff things if they have been nerfed to dirt for years. and i dont mean one or two...

They nerf only if those weapons have overwhelmed users like there are over 300+ weapons, but everyone uses only this 1 out of 300, another case is like, if your gameplay affects others or disrupts others then they will nerf like Wukong.

It's not even in the top 10 most used weapons based on the 2023 stats. It's powerful but only powerful at low-mid game, any higher and it behaves like every other weapon.

If they were to nerf it, I could see them nerfing the aoe on surface impact and only enable aoe on enemy hits instead.
