Best way to farm focus currently?

Hello returning player here , how do you farm focus nowadays? All I remember back then was to put a zenurik/naramon lens on a dagger and go stealth kill enemies.

grab a good CC weapon / cc warframe. Put upgraded focus lens on and go ham on enemies. Best in Steel path survivals. But i am sure someone else can offer a better idea where. :)

Right now I just go to Sedna and farm the Hydron mission. Get a few hundred thousand there in two or three missions. Going to 10-15 minutes per mission.

Every time you picking up the orb would grant you 5000 exp for your active school.

1.) Elite Sanctuary Onslaught, each wave after the first would grant the orb effect, use lens on your aoe damage dealer(Saryn/Volt ect). Plus, can get Radiant Relic.

2.) Steel Path Infested Survival, the orb respawn quit fast now and enemy spawn rate is high enough for you to get 20000^ exp each time.
Can use lens on your melee IF you like to hold E.

Honestly? Just keep rotating your active school every once in a while, and toss on the lenses you earn from high level faction bounties on your favorite frames/weapons. The passive income of focus has become so nice over the last few years I stopped focusing on it (hah hah pun was unintended), and finished off the last 3 schools I'd ignored for ages without even really noticing.

Brilliant Eidolon shards are worth 25k focus into any school and can bypass daily cap.
If you want to fast track focus then solo or team up and go capture the Terry as many times a night as you can. Don't worry about a tri-cap. Takes me 3-5 min each solo capture then take bounty again<(not needed but I do anyways) and repeat.
You can easily get over 200k focus every night cycle.

Just play the game. I earn 100k while farming void bs without doing anything special beside pick up those yellow orb thing.

I would concur on ESO being a solid path, Eidolon hunts being very rewarding if you don't mind running them, and long fissures being very capable of hitting your focus cap for the day if you are using high grade lens on all your equipment.

Capping at night is definitely the way to go, plus there are other benefits besides that. Outside of that, get good lenses and just do an SP endless or ESO for like one to two full rotations. Again, align other goals with your farm and you should be able to hit focus daily cap AND get good stuff.

The stealth stuff does work too and is technically faster but again, it's about what else you're doing instead of just solely focus farming.

I definitely went the Eidolon route, since the shards you get from them grant extra Focus that doesn't count against your daily Focus cap.

In full confession, I was doing this when The Sacrifice quest came out, so I treated Umbra like an Eidolon. He did not enjoy the experience.

I just ran circuit to finish off all of mine, you can daily cap pretty quickly just off all the thrax.

Good to hear that, I know it can be a road block of sorts for some players.

hop into sp circuit and kill thrax, grab the powerup in normal circuit. don't waste your time with eidolons.

You should farm Focus alongside other things, not by itself.

Eidolons, SP Circuit, Zariman etc. - farm for other stuff, the focus will come by itself.

They need to do Eidolons anyway for the Shards to unlock Waybounds, so Eidolons are still a good way to earn Focus while you get those. Not to mention it isn't limited by daily caps.

Eidolon hunts are quickest, run the tri-dolon hunt as many times as you can in the night cycle, those shards will get you more focus for buck than anything else
