Personally wouldn't use anything non DE for my Warframe account credentials. Even if it's "safe" it's still giving another party your credentials. I wouldn't use it.

I use it, but Ive heard that people get banned for using this. Its 3rd party software, so you know. Who knows

Who knows? the Tos, and is is clear that 3rd party applications are no go. With some exceptions for inventory / foundry management. But that is thru your account. It is always online, on their servers. So safe? No, you are always playing on their servers, roll the dice but you can't be surprised when you eventually crap out.

some youtuber get banned from Alecaframe 8 months ago, the support will surely unbanned but yes you would waste your time during that period.
