Steel Path circuit

So I never tried this mode, but since there's some cool weapon upgrades to be gotten I thought I'd give it a go. But weapons and frams are random. I had a good choice for incarnons so I dive in but all my options are trash and can't do anything vs steel path enemies with the options.

How do you guys handle this? Just look every week and pray to RNGesus you get a frame and weapons you invested enough in to be able to beat it? That's gonna take years maybe to get something.

If you level up opportunity (in the duviri hq with space dad) you get more options. up to five and three of each weapon type. a lot of the times you'll get either a good gun or a good war frame and you just build decrees for whichever. The decrees can make a bad gun really good as well i like the one that spreads toxic and cold if you hit a heat proc. Other then that i would suggest a group, and focusing on the armor stripping and shield gating warframe. You also can re roll them by doing 1 round and then leaving.

Yea I got everything maxed on Duviri, but the options were still trash.

I was just reading online you cannot change the loadouts if you go in, but the options reset every cycle as long as you don't commit and you can see this from the starting screen. I did not know that. So this is one of those moments where not knowing anything about the game mode screws you over big time. I'll have to wait a month before I get these incarnons now. Well that sucks balls.

Why would it take a month? Cycles are about an hour each. Also finishing a duviri mission will reset the options.

your options reset every two hours or so and with the decree system all you need a is good frame and any melee weapon will work

Start and finish a duviri experience, your choices reset. Or just do a few rounds of circuit then leave to reset them. Collecting decrees will make any weapon you have servicable for atleast a few rounds even on loaner builds.

Ah ok so I can play a different mode and have it reset as well? Does that have to be Steel Path or doesn't matter?

On steel path! Do all the 6 alerts every day! I did almost all the maps nodes this way! I only miss 5 ot 6 nodes! But, I will get them on an alert someday!

Yeaaah the steel path circuit experience sucks.
You pretty much just do one round of normal circuit over and over until you get a good enough weapon or frame to do steel path with, then you go as far as you can. Rinse wash repeat.

not really , I could just use random melee from circuit and whatever warframe to do steel path circuit because there are a lot of decree to help that.

You could also play through the game with nothing but a braton, but I wouldn't recommend it.
