It's nothing new. I went through the Lith X1 grind 25 times with a full rad squad without ever seeing the bp once. Meanwhile, I got all the other Xaku parts within 3 runs each. Sometimes it's just better to grind plats instead

...no? it's a 34.4% success rate with 4 people using radiants.

Least it's a lith relic and not axi. I spent almost entire day trying to get Axi A19 and only got 2-3 because they were from relic packs instead of actual missions. All the drops were common instead of the uncommon xaku part that sells for more than the gold rare drops... lol
