theres legit 100s of other things you can farm or do in that hour
Learn the rule of the simple minded.
In reality, Tencent have hundred of companies worldwide. They simply can't micromanage them all. In reality, like most, they let them do as long as the money flow. If they don't, they usually dump them and buy another.
Surprinsingly, nobody at Tencent give a flying f*** about warframe night and day cycle. I know, it's shocking, I'm sure it's something that should be on everyone's mind, but it's not.
it has been like this since released, not related with tencent.
Honestly for all the corporate overlords, Tencent seems to be more hands off than most. Look at 2k, EA, Embracer (when they existed), Sony, MS, etc as comparisons.
As a reminder, before Tecent, DE was owned by a chinese mega corp focusing on.... food and farm production.
2k, EA.... buy studios to either produce their game, or to take the people in them to put them on their own projects. They also buy them for the brand.
For example, EA bought Bioware for the brand. They bought Mythic for their knowledge of MMO. Then they re-labelled Mythic into "Bioware" and made SWTOR (the Star Wars MMO) out of it.
