good frame that works well with bows?

So I just started playing again after a long time. started a fresh account so i could get the new player experience with all the new things that they have added.

wondering what frame would go good with a bow. cause i want my gameplay to center around a bow, loving the combat with the paris. using it on excalibur, but that is a melee centric frame.

Aside from the obvious Ivara (archer frame), you could consider Ash, Baruuk, Loki, harrow, zephyr...

which of those frames would be easiest to get? right now i just hit account level 1, so i know it might be a while before i can get one.

Just use the Kuva Bronichitis, kuva bicep bracci or what ever that exploding Kuva bow is, works on any frame.

EDIT: The Kuva Bramma. I can't with these names.

Loki is the fastest to get imo. You get his parts in Neptune boss fight and main blueprint is in the Market.

Ivara may be the best one because she can control ANY projectiles that abilities or weapons launch. she is more about sneaking around and has insanely strong Exalted Bow. Only problem is that each part drops from different tier Spy missions(Tier 1,2,3) and it may require hacking ALL 3 consoles for a CHANCE Ivara part. Wiki remembers these details better. Unless you get lucky and get Ivara Prime parts in Fissure missions. Ash parts in Railjack and it takes a while to get there.

pretty much anyone can use them, except maybe slower frames. avoid using bramma.

How is an mr1 supposed to get a kuva weapon lol? Its like telling a homeless person to just buy a house

At Mastery Rank 1... Well, join a clan, get Volt's blueprints from the dojo :

Volt's 3rd ability is "Electric Shield". That's a deployable "screen-shield". Volt can pick it up by using the "context action". It's not just a defensive tool, as each of your projectiles shoot through it gains 50% electric damage and +100% critical multuplier.
Also prevents the "self-stagger" animation/effect, so you can use the "thunderbolt" mod for bows (that grants 30% chance to arrows to explode in a small AoE) at point-blank range.

Volt's 2nd ability is "Speed". It might help with the 'slow to charge' bows, but I'm not 100% sure of that.

Or you could also get Zephyr from the Dojo Lab. She has the ability to deflect projectile-based gun fire, so you can aim safely your bow, and she also makes her own projectiles (your arrows) travel faster.

I actually use a Cinta with Vauban. Gather a bunch of guys into a ball and let loose a bunch of massive damage arrow-missiles into the mass.

Zephyr can be pretty nice. Her passive gives increased crit chance while in the air, and many bows are already fantastic crit weapons. When enemies are caught in your tornado, you can shoot the tornado to hit them all at once, effectively turning your bow into an AoE weapon. She's also practically immune to projectiles while her Turbulence is active.
Her parts can be acquired through Dojo research, so it shouldn't be too hard to find a clan that has her finished.

Starting fresh? Damn... I definitely couldn't do that. I finished the star chart on normal, and then hit a massive wall after that. It got so frustrating it killed the game for me. Used a rhino prime build with a set of amazing prime weapons and still couldn't solo the very first level on the higher difficulty. It's been a year and a half since I played, and I have no desire to go back. I can't imagine starting over...

you have to decide what you want here.
there are antique recurve type bows, which are basically a type of sniper rifle idea.
there is ivara, who has a frame-weapon bow.
there are bows that are not bows -- like chewbacca -- where you shoot more or less like a rifle, including zhuge(sp?) the full auto crossbow.
and there are offhand bows like the faction one that every few hits restores all your energy (this is amazing on ivara for staying invisible 100% uptime) -- and that one is weird, having both a slow hold and shoot mode and a burst fire. Or just nezha/rhino stand there and shoot like you don't care :). Another idea is anyone that can group enemy up into a pile, like (stynax?) and that spear trick. Then a single bow shot goes thru all of them.

in all those cases, frames that boost any kind of gun work, of course. Things like volt who can make any weapon have some extra shock damage or get a buff from shooting through his shield or a buff from his speed (reload speed buff I think?). Or whatever else like gauss has a buff to all guns etc.

Ivara prime is no harder to get than any other prime... trade for or work for.. the base frame is annoying. Volt is a starter frame...
