The new war is stupidly difficult

I have been a die hard gamer since 1982 and the new war is way too hard.
I am currently at the wild hunt section where you have to kill the archon boreal , amar and nira. i have tried desroying all 3 of them and i would say its almost impossible..... 2 hits from either of them and your toast.

Yes i did see the warnings at the beginning saying once you start the new war you cant leave but that said i dont think this section needs to be as hard as it is.

It isn't difficult ...

Therefore - it's a skill issue
Pretty sure I didn't die even once during that whole campaign - and it made such little emotional impact on me that I barely remember it

Unlike - lets say , Elden Ring or Darksouls, where if I die 20 times in a certain area it has left a memorable impression on me.
Warframe has none of that

Also , look at a walkthrough on youtube and you'll see how not difficult it is

2 hits from grineer is instant death even before you get to boreal

As a drifter you have to kill only two of them, for the last one after some drifter manipulations you will be given a warframe. Also by killing it doesn't mean fully deplete their health bar with the bow, but just to a certain level may be half or little more, after that QTE thing happens, fight continues and one more QTE.

All i can imagine is these people stand still and try to shoot from one spot the entire time. This isn't eso or a survival missuon where you camp one spot. Games from the 80s and 90s were way harder. I know. I grew up in the 80s. The archon fights provide a mild challenge. I'm not one of those that's going to say it's easy. But saying its impossible... well that only happens if you dont use the tools available. The fights are very simple. I keep repeating this, but many players play this game so braindead they dont even know basic mechanics. Most people getying stuck in new war dont utilize any of the basic mechanics. They dont even know dodge rolling gives 75% damage reduction!

Use the tools available. The only thing that's impossible is people not being able to complete this quest.

i jump and roll all the time but how can 2 hits from boreal that wipes you out be classed as a fair fight..... at the start at this section their is a grineer that only has to hit you once.

Everyone else did this. I did this. I dont even think i died vs boreal. Pro tip, dont stand in the electric field.

Also you can heal yourself. Pretty short cooldown too.

I am not the only person saying this quest is too hard if you scroll through the pages of discussions you will see lots of players saying the same as me.

Boreal is a mechanics check more than a dps one. Learn the fight. Watch videos if you must. Its really not that hard in the grand scheme of things.

Well, I died to this quest. Usually not to the owl archon. It's usually the snake one that's chasing you, and is right behind you

nope its not Hard at all its just a skill issue nothing else + most of the time you can heal yourself pretty fast

Honestly, New War really is the first time you cant just press 4 to win for most newer players. You gotta think about what your doing and whats happening around you.

It's not that brutal. You just have to play smart, not hard. Remember, you can use smoke to render yourself briefly invulnerable and invisible and that you have a medikit ability. Pay attention to the mechanics of the bosses, then have at them once you've gotten a flow figured out. :)

Yes. You're one of the miniscule amount of players struggling. Not denying or downplaying this fact. But this does not prove the quest is difficult.
