You are conflating US constitution with the definition of free speech.
1st Amendment protects you from government persecution.

Free speech is a separate concept from that and means exactly what the worlds stand for.
People like you love to twist terms to fit the definitions favorable for you.

In Sentinel islands you will be killed for saying anything negative about the tribe leaders. Do Sentinelese have free speech, since they don't have a government?

Of course they don't get it. The only people who argue vehemently about this are the ones that would get banned in region chat or were previously banned because of it.

In team fortress logic sure.

Though now that I think about it, a "minion" frame would be cool. Spawn little sentries or minions to attack enemies with limited resources, recharge by killing enemies yourself. Abilities could be directing them, spawning them yourself, changing your spawns/which you spawn, and creating a timed life structure that spawns more of them until it expires.

Probably wouldn't fit the game though.
