Perma banned for selling account?
I have played this game for 2000 hours, and they said I violated the agreement to sell or transfer my account, but in fact I never thought about transferring or selling my account. I asked DE to show the so-called detailed records and evidence, but in return I only got the so-called in-depth investigation. It's a big joke and perfunctory. Listen to the opinions of players and respect every player? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

You need to discuss this further with DE Support, if possible, and you need evidence that they cannot refute.

Do not discuss your ban with us here on Steam or on any other venue that DE has a presence.

If you cannot resist bringing uninvolved people into a private matter, then at least don't give DE more reasons to drop an anvil on you by telling everyone on Steam, the Warframe Discord, or the WF sub-Reddit what you did or did not do.

Yes, selling (or transfering in any way) your account is a violation of EULA and may get the account perma banned.

So the investigation is moving?
I don't really understand how you people getting yourselves into these problems with your accounts.
You guys need to stop doing any shady things within the game and with your accounts.
Be blatantly honest, what did you do exactly?

But I didn't sell the account. I love this game and I love my account even more.

I gave the official all the data he wanted, but he still said I sold the account, but I did not do such behavior at all

online advertisements are often a hint, but certain things solidify the suspicion, such as:
- Different IP and purchase region
- different steam ID
- Different discord
- different PC (OS, hardware id,.....)

Warframe bans are stored on your pc and online, if a user who has been banned before logs in again, the system will likely flag the account automatically for a review.

A VPN might trigger the ban. If that was the case, it will resolve in an unban once they investigated the matter.

Umm.... Selling accounts for most games, or services is usually a HUGE no-no. Most places would perma ban you for that. It's a big risk to do it.

Oh, I see, I read further. Perhaps your account was compromised?

I keep hearing mixed things about that. A couple people told me that if you try to buy plat at a cheaper price using a VPN it can result in a ban. I could see that as also being categorized as "Selling an account" if they have you recorded as being in a different country from the currency you are buying with.

They now believe that I sold the account, and they don't care about my explanation, nor do they show me the so-called reliable records.

I believe it has to do with third party apps you use.
I´ve heard people getting banned for using AleccaFrame, and yes VPN also counts apparently.
i remember a developer saying its a grey area, there is a small chance the system detects it as something foul, and sometimes they can´t get a clear confirmation of what you were doing with that app.

There it is. Thank you for pointing that out.
I was eligable for a ban in the past then. I used a vpn, but not for any reason. I have it on as a default on my system. Sometimes i forget to turn it off. I could`ve been baned.
