Just had one of the worst encounters playing with someone. Done with this game.

I just had the displeasure of encountering one of the most toxic players. As of recent, I have been mostly playing solo because there was barely anyone doing low level planets and that's fine because I have been having fun. Today, I started a mission on the dashboard thing without realizing it was a harder mission. Per course, I kept going down and my only other team mate had to keep reviving me. At the end of the mission, he told me that I should be ashamed of myself for being "weak" and needing him to carry me. LMAO. Is that the attitude you have when dealing with a new player; do you find new players so reprehensible for being "weak" that you need to call me out like that. I have played ESO for a good 3 years now and I would be glad to help a new player instead of reprimanding them for not knowing the basic elements of the game. Whatever. I'm done with this game. One of my biggest gripes I have with games like these is an elitist attitude.

Some people are just awful for some reason. If you ever want any help with anything feel free to add me. MR 24 but I don't claim to know nearly everything.

along the course I play, player with high MR (18+) are the good ones, they taught me things.
but the lower ones (MR 8-15) are the loudest toxic nonsense.

even now, when I am either farming or SO-ing, I still see the low MR are still the loudest and attacking newbs (MR 3-7)

I actually had the same experience with higher mr players-where I learned most of the basic game mechanics come from. Being MR 19 myself, I can see why they were always so nice- as helping new players give higher mr players more stuff to do.

He has not told you much, regardless of the vocabulary chosen by the random, he has only told you that you prepare better before doing a mission for which you are not prepared.

If you like the game, keep playing and if you see it necessary, ignore the community. There are players who NEVER play in a group for example.

I played World of Warships for like, a month or two, and what you describe happens almost every games. And those are very weak insults compared to some of the worst i've seen in that game.

Like, i'm actually kinda happy I started playing Warframe again just because I KNOW the chances I get teamed up with a retarded tryhard is almost none.

I'm really sorry, but your attitude sounds akin to that of a special snowflake. If you can't learn to get over it, i'd say just quit online games in general.

You do understand the problem is with both sides don't you? You have one group of people who can't just ignore people being toxic, at the same time you have the people being toxic for the sake of being toxic. You seem to want to put all the blame on the former while giving the later a pass. That's ridiculous, and immature. Part of being an adult isn't just knowing how to not let empty words bother you, but it's ALSO knowing how pointless and childish it is to say pointless and unnecessarily hostile things. Though I am so sure you think you sound tough, you actually sound like an incomplete individual; you've only learned half the lesson, the other half escapes you.

Some people are unaware "elitist" is a negative. They think of the root word "elite" and assume therefore it must be positive.
