Can you turn off push-to-talk?

You can use discord as an alternative.

Otherwise, it should be under audio section.

It's just a guess, but you may be able to rebind it to capslock, as a sort of hacky toggle

Most people prefer you to be on ptt so they don't have to hear all the bs going on in other people's background.

Or you could make a macro that holds the PTT button and put it to toggle.

Open VOIP is frowned upon usually so game devs try to avoid it.
That's why we all just use discord. They don't seem to be bothered much about using open voice.
