It's a meme mod because the meta is AoE explosive weapons with op damage. Also a meme mod because of how many mandatory mods we have to put on a wepaon for customization.

A mod like primed chamber and depleted reload are more to taste mods and for a sniper rifle would make sense. But you can't sacrifice damage mods, elemental mods, crit chance and crit damage mods.

If DE would just make mandatory mods base line on weapons and make mods more about customizing playstyle and flavor of a weapon mods like this wouldn't be so useless.

Primed Chamber is currently being sold by Baroo but the price is ridiculously unatinable. Nearly 1.3k Dukats and 1 million Credits.

I only hoped that after Digital Extremes (DE) publicly announced it upon these forums a few days back wouldn't be making fun of most of the playing community like they're doing when practicing prices that only around 1% of the community will be able to dish out up front.

Edit side note: I've only got a regular Vectis but tha regular version of that mod has already allowed me to unlock a one Riven mod or another that requires distance and headshots as its unlocking requirements (in free-to-roam areas), so truth to be told I was hoping for a little more coherency from their end when they initially announced it.

Primed Chamber costs 2995 ducats and 1 million credits, I bought it, never will use, probably sell it at a later time and buy from that plat other things.
Had to sell literally almost all of my prime stuff. Literally sold 101 items.
For those who have problems with credits other than farming it, try selling broken necramech parts if you farmed them a lot before new war. There are also nightwave credits I always sell at the end of the nightwave fully except 5x just to left it as a souvenir.

Naaah, I'm gonna wait out, I don't mind. And if by some chance I will not be able to sell it because price will plummed down, either I will use it or DE will probably change meta by the time.

Even if you ignore the aoe meta, sniper rifles don't make much sense in this game.

Arent they still pretty nice for Eidolons, especially when going solo? Tho its been quiet a while since a tried my hand at them, maybe the newer AoE weapons are better now.

depends on ur preference, id rather use volt + some heavy hitting weapon, vectis is just perfect for me, 1 round with instant reload feels nice ( tho i do use a riven, without it i'd probably use something else )
