what to do first?

Hi, im pretty new to Warframe.
Played in some Public Lobbys and duude they have awesome weapons and do soooo much more dmg than me :O
i ffinished sedna, so all planets till now. (1 or 2 missions are missing cause i need a quest for that) i did the quests until i have to get an mech and railjjack to keep going the quests but i want some good weapons before that tho.
i am MR 11 rn and i have no idea where to get those juicy mods or weapons :(
can some one help me out? ^^ and tell me maybe some good weapons for MR 11?

The mods are generally more important than the weapons. Like yeah, there are some like nataruk or the kuva zarr that are insanely powerful, but you can make any weapon do well against the star chart enemies by just modding to its strengths. The most basic mods (damage, crit chance/damage, status chance, elemental damage) you should have already gotten by questing and killing enemies up to the point where you're at. The rest you can obtain from open world bounty rewards, from baro, from syndicates, etc. Rivens can also make pretty much any weapon end-game viable when combined with everything else

your main goal probably getting good weapon
get kuva weapon is super good and no mastery limit
i'am MR 5 got kuva zarr 56% toxin(4x lich kill) and Kuva Nukor 52% impact for viral and slash(2x lich kill)
and im SOLO when doing lich things and railjack things
with those 2 weapon i can compete with higher MR than me
read a guide on youtube/wiki about Kuva weapon if you confused

As stated above, this game is all about mods.

You can have the best meta weapons, without mods they are just a nice paper weight.

That said, to clear the normal Starchart, get an Ignis Wraith, Rank 8 serration, crit/crit dmg mods, 2-3x 60/60 mods, hunter is pretty much all you'll need.

And those mods are common. Very common. If you are in a clan, just ask.

Yeah, mod's do tend to have a lot of impact on how effective you can be and play with some WF, primary, secondary and melee weapons. Obviouslyi, 1st trying to major upon those WF's, and weapons' strongest assets.

For instance, I'm really pondering into start another Ivara hunt merely to feed into the Helminth because my 1st regular Ivara is already rigged to what I want it to be.

My recommendation is to search on Youtube for Top 10 best primary/secondary/melee weapons in 2022 to see all the best weapons in action. Then, pick the ones you like and go for that.

My preference for Primary:
- Cedo (MR8)
- Bubonico (MR13)
- kuva zarr (MR15)
- kuva bramma (MR15)
- kuva ogris (MR15)
- tenet arca plasmor (MR16)

Secondary:
- Sporelacer (MR0)
- Epitaph (MR8)
- kuva nukor (MR13)

Melee:
- Gram prime (MR14)
- Guandao prime (MR12)
- Nikana prime (MR12)
- Kronen prime (MR13)

Note that Tenet/Kuva weapon MR locks are meaningless as you bypass them all. Since they are auto-built (dropped in your foundry fully built and you just claim), it literally doesn't matter what MR you are. MR only matters for buying and crafting items.

kuva weapons are MR neutral , i had 3 kuva weapons before i finished mastery 9

You dont even need kuva weapons. I am using a Fulmin, Kitgin and the sword you get from Umbra Excaliber. But melee matters less. Unless you are playing melee build of course.

My fulmin (5 forma) shreds everything as does my sporlacer kit gun (and that one isn't even forma'd yet).

Acceltra is also insane as well. Mods the real key here. So do your nightmare missions, orokin vaults etc etc and get those then rank them up. And also once you have a gun you like forma it 4-5 times.

You should farm toxin-based Tenet Arca Plasmor (sisters quest line). The weapon is a beast even with minimal modding. It has revitalized my interest to the game - by opening the whole end-game to me (steel path, sorties, kuva fortress, etc).

If you're lacking the corrupted mods, I suggest running Orokin Vaults on Deimos: Horend.
Look up guides for this on youtube, as you need to craft dragon keys and look for a special door with specific markings on it. Once you get into a groove, you can speedrun this pretty quickly to get most of these mods, but the first couple runs may take a while.

Do NOT try to farm every single corrupted mod. Once you do many runs and get a lot of mods, try to sell your duplicates for plat or just farm/sell prime parts for plat to buy the last couple corrupted mods you want from other players. You will be running this mission for the rest of this year if you try to farm everything yourself.

Just get used to the controls and the flow of the movements I'd say. Everything else comes after than and you will develop a style of play that you will be comfortable with.

If I was going to start a brand new account I'd beeline to Zephyr and a sniper rifle as my main problem solving build.

Sniper rifles because they tend to overkill everything even without good mods. Doesn't really matter which one they're all good enough.

Zephyr because she's invincible to direct gun fire, extremely mobile, excellent at grouping enemies together, and most importantly turns single target gun damage into area of effect gun damage. Just equip Aviator to take the edge off of damage that sneaks through Turbulence and you're set.
