Vulkar Wraith: Crash Course or Heavy Caliber?

So apparently my planned build for the fishing pole rifle is almost the same as the one on:

All except one mod, the video's creator used the event impact mod instead of heavy cal.
It's not too late for me to change things yet, which one is better? I've noticed some accuracy discrepancies with heavy caliber but crash course will likely give less damage. What are you guys' opinions?

I'd say go crash course or specific build with a bane mod(primed if you got them). Heavy calibur decreases accuracy and the point of a sniper rifle is just that.
