Best place for handspring?

I know the drop locations but what is the best option.
(Also what rotation does it drop on, on defence).

I think it dropped twice for me on Moon Survival.

Not as a rotation reward, but from enemies. I was a Desecrate Nekros both times, though. You might not be as lucky without one.

They can drop from Jackal if i remember correctly
