mods with plat purchased

Hi all. I bought ply with a 75% discount. got the plat but I was supposed to get 2 rare mods with the purchase. animal instinct and a second one. I have not received the mods or at least I cannot see them in my inventory. Do I have to claim them somehow? Any advice?

the other mod should be seeking fury which is specific to a shotgun, if you look under the main weapon tab in the mod selection area (down the ramp on the left) and organise alphabetically you should find it :D

Hmm I always got my mods when platinum charged. Just look for them or try relog....

They're both there. Just look under the correct mod tab.

Last time I bought a bundle of plat and mods I got the plat right away but it took several minutes for my mods to show up. I would just wait.
