Clan PC and Playstation

Hello, I have a question. I'm playing with a friend. I'm on the PC and he's on the PlayStation. I'd like to have him in my clan, but unfortunately he doesn't get the invitation that I sent him. He has a Warframe account and has already linked his PlayStation account. What are we doing wrong?

Can he contact the clan and request joining directly? That's what I'd try.

The clans founding warlord has to enable cross play for the clan itself to have players of other systems join. Must also have an open roster spot for someone to join.
The person you are sending the invite to also needs to a: not be in a clan already and/or b: have invites allowed in their settings.

Hmm, you could post a clan ad and have them apply that way. Or have someone else in the clan try to invite them. Otherwise I'm not sure. Those are just what I've seen work before. Good luck.
