Can't submit ticket or sign in on support warframe webpage

As the title says, account got locked.

Says I should contact support, the only way i found after 20 minutes of searching around is submitting a ticket on their terrible website. Everytime I click on submit ticket or login on support.warframe webpage starts loading and after ages nothing happens.

What am I supposed to do, how can I contact them?

No I'm in Russia.

Do they have an email or something they can be contacted on?

You could try another web browser to see if it changes, though since you mentioned you are in Russia, there is an ongoing sanction toward Russia so idk if it is because of it.

10/10 hax0rs digital extremes, in order to be able to use submit ticket or login on their support webpage, i had to turn off add block, ublock and privacy badger, AND ON TOP OF THAT i had to turn off my antivirus. W o W should I just throw the keys at them?

Not sure, I have those extension on and I used the site fine.

You probably have a different antivirus then, or not using something that hides your location. As far as I was bothered to figure out, they won't let you login or make ticket without knowing where you are.

Nowadays antiviruses are worse than viruses. Just use Windows Defender. It gets the job done.

If one lacks the brainpower to NOT visit "FREE KINO LOLOLOL" websites, no AV will help them.

that's not even about antivirus for me, for me it's more about you know, not telling every corporation who i am, where i am, what i am, what i eat, what colour pooopoo was today in the morning. I'm really not a big fan of that. I don't see a reason why warframe should know where i am, zero.

Most live service games don't look positively on vpn and antivirus that mess with your information or mask your location.

I think that most of us that think hard about such things might tend to agree. There is little reason the companies should know more about us than what we give them. That said, it could be that they are looking at location data and blocking you; but its hard to say. Might be worth trying a different browser and seeing if the tickets work there as suggested but it could be that they just are having issues. Maybe you might be able to send an email or forum message to DE staff to ask if there is a further issue or a path for resolution.
