Definitely Void Relic packs.

Easiest is probably Steel Path farming, which is sadly not as fast as it used to be, but still pretty quick. That's 25 packs per week, though it's still RNG.

I bought 21 packs the other day and only got 4 Aya. That's just bad luck.

Otherwise, bosh out your daily standing (this depends on your MR though, as low MR there's not much point). Grab relic packs from Ostron, Solaris United and Entrati, plus your basic syndicates.

Tier 5 (or Steel Path) Cetus Bounties are definitely going to be your next best farm. Not Hepit or Ukko, those things have a 6% drop per run.

T5 Cetus Bounty has 33%, 33%, 26% and 39% chance to drop for stages 2,3, 4 and 5.
