Add pool noodle melee sword skin

since dog days is getting more skins, i think one thing we are missing is a melee skin for pool noodles

Pool noodle skins would be cool, but we've been begging for a pool noodle melee in the actual game mode for years... Even conclave got candycanes for the Christmas PvP event... why can't Dog Days get a pool noodle melee??
