Where to get Volt?
For the main game have chosen Excalibur as a starter. But then tried that additional game mod with a flying horse as a Volt, and enjoyed his speed boost skill for melee combat as well.

How can I get Volt in a fastest way for the regular main game mod? Where to farm, what missions to run or is it simpler to buy from somewhere?

Not there to farm primes yet apparently (or UI just confuses me a lot).
Am at Venus/Mercury in story.

You can get Volt through Tenno Lab in Clan Dojo. Just join any clan that's recruiting and you should be able to get all Volt blueprints from their Tenno Lab.

Volt as of now is a Clan Research Warframe. To get regular Volt you have to join a clan with the built room and researched blueprint.

You get him from dojo research so you have two options: join a dojo or create a dojo. Depending on your interests for that particular system your preferred option will be obvious to you.

I'll also jump in to say that you really SHOULD join a clan. There are always a few recruiting new players in the recruit chat and 95% of them are friendly. If any of them tell you to pay some sort of tax... ignore them and find another. Veterans like myself are typically looking to give away basic mods or even some extra prime parts/sets we have lying around. We're not looking to make you pay EXTRA to join a clan.

Things a clan will help with:
- Multiple shops with tons of weapons and even a few frames (I suggest Nezha to every new player. his whole kit of abilities is useful, especially his 3rd ability which will help keep you alive)
- A bunch of veteran players to ask for help. This could be help with a boss, figuring out how mods and builds work, farming some frame you want but can't access yet, "taxi" services to some other planet for a resource you need, etc.
- Some vets will offer to give you stuff to help you start off. (how much they offer will vary a lot depending on how far they are themselves, so I wouldn't suggest begging for stuff) I know I was when I started (I was given a few mods at the very start and a tradeable weapon later on) and all I was told was to "pass it on someday". MANY of us were told this and enjoy helping new players learn to understand and enjoy the game as much as we do.

Is there a clan list anywhere to look for? Do I need to join Discord or are there some outside of it/without it? Thank you

You can join my clan if you want. It is pretty much inactive, I am one of the last active players there, but we got nearly all blueprints unlocked, only some little things left. You can grab any blueprint you like, as long as you have the credits for it.

Just go to the "looking for people" channel in in-game chat. I'm sure there will be someone advertising a clan that doesn't have any requirements.
