Just get regular Mesa if you want her and then just slap a barebones build on her. Don't use Forma if you don't really need it, then get her prime in resurgence.
Basically any Frame can be really good, there is no clear best frame, all depending on your playstile. I can recommend a few, if you want, I just kinda need to know how you want to play or what you are looking for in a frame.
From other players also works, but I'll need to get her and her weapons, right? How much currency is that approximately?
As for frames:
Would like smth that works well with Hand Cannons from Destiny as example. Or a frame that has high skill ceiling and performs very well mostly if you master it compared to if not at all.
Another option could be Melee, like it so far, fast and fun, so that could be 2nd option.
is listed for 69 plat.
I do not have any parts for her unfortunately, otherwise I would have given you them.
Hand cannons as in pistols/secondaries?
There are good options like as someone else suggested, Rhino. He has one of the best if not the best ability in the game, Roar. BIG damage numbers. Just insane amounts of flat damage.
Chroma is also very strong, can do INSANE amounts of damage while being basically unkillable, but otherwise not very flexible and kinda boring to play. No cool abilities.
Harrow and Gyre can be very strong, but are sometimes finicky to use. Glass cannon style.
Mirage as well, can deal insane weapon damage, but also a glass cannon.
Kullervo is one of my favourite frames. INSANE melee damage. Tanky. He can give your melee super high crit chance (depending on your ability strength, between 400 to like 700% FLAT crit chance. Not multiplicative like most other abilites, just flat crit. Very fun to play in my opinion.
What weapons do you use? When you start the game, you unfortunately only have "boring" guns, later on you can unlock so many cool weapons, which you then can synergize with frames and make super fun builds. Takes a bit time sadly. Don't get discouraged by the grind.
Edit:
Forgot to mention. Yes, her weapons are seperate. Redeemer prime is pretty strong, but weird to use for me personally, I am not a big fan of gunblades. Akjagara Prime is not really strong. Not that bad, but not good. Nothing exciting about that guns.
For these parts, for Prime Frame, do I need to buy set (does set mean full access to a frame?) and then her weapons? Or are there some other things that need to be bought for full experience?
For Rhino, where can I get him? Just story later on, or grinding some assassination or other missions, or also market?
And same question for Kullervo, where to get him best?
I am playing Excalibur as a starter.

P.S - oh, also can you farm Plat in any way or get it as a new player via lvling and stuff? Or is it only $ purchasable? As a new player seem to have 50 iirc.
Getting plat as a new player, I'd say farm relics and sell primed parts I guess?
Edit
Syndicate mods sell for around 10 plat depending on the mod, semaris's mods sell for 30~50is plat, nightwave mods also sell around 10ish plat, tho rarer mods sell for alot. The 2 weapon mods from the current reward track are going for 20 for clip dele and around 50 plat for photon
As a new player ignore the prime variants, just explore and if you see something cool just go for it, try to get your weapons/frames to lvl30 before selling if you need space, mastery rank will lock out some cool items till about MR12
If you really want to try mesa get her standard version (check the wiki https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/WARFRAME_Wiki its really in depth).
To get plat you either need to purchase it in game OR trade with other players (both of which i would not recommend until you are decently invested into the game). Items that normally get traded are prime parts (gained from void relics), rivens (late game typically), the god awful exploration planet materials like fish and refined gems (DO NOT DO THIS YOU WILL HATE THE GAME) found on cetus (earth), fortuna(venus), cambion drift(deimos).
In all other cases you build one. For that you need to build 3 components - Neurooptics, Chassis and Systems from blueprints. Blueprints - that's what you buy from other players for plat or farm yourself if they are available. Then you need to build frame itself - for that you need warframe blueprint + 3 components built earlier. Building components takes ~24h, Building frame itself ~ 72h (3 days).
To build any of those you'll need resources as well as credits.
To sum it up - you need:
- 4 blueprints (Warframe, Neurooptics, Chassis, Systems) - buy them for plat or farm yourself
- Resources to craft those parts
- Patience as it will take ~4 days
2) Another note, when you build said frame, in order to use it you need a free warframe slot.If you don't have a free one, you'll need to farm it in Season or buy it for plat.
- Rivens are the most valuable/easy to trade (if you have one people want anyway)
- Prime Sets (some will buy one/two pieces - but most want the full kit to just build)
- Late game weapons (referred to as "Kuva" and "Tenet")
With regards to selling prime parts - this one can in theory be done as soon as you have access to "Rift" missions (they show on the star chart with a little helix icon - only 1 per planet).
Forget if you need to unlock multiple planets to start doing rifts though.
Edit : Am on the same page as others though - try and avoid primes until you get your sea-legs, as the difference between the Prime and Normal is generally just build assistance (one slot will have a different symbol thing and a tiny bump in various stats). Especially as you would in theory want to play as the normal ones first so that you can get the MR, then "eat them" (you will get this later
That would be amazing, though I don't know if I am far enough into the story that I can trade or accept those or however is it done.
Best way is to buddy up to someone who has parts and gradually earn their trust and affection until they decide to give it to you for free.
