Yeah, those used to be pretty useful sometimes. I liked them for some extra damage type coverage on Profit Taker.

Quassus, it's a warfan that on heavy attack throws a horizontal spread of 12 daggers (6 with double damage on 2nd throw of heavy combo). The daggers fly 34 meters, have punch through, and do forced slash procs.

The Tenet Agendus also shoots a large projectile when you heavy attack. It's a lot of fun to use with tennokai procs.

Sampotes and Tenet Exec are pretty much the best melees in the game after the slam buffs. Big AOE nukes. Especially on Kullervo with melee crit damage shards.
