does Cascadia Empower not work?

Cascadia Empower does not work at all, i proc status effects and dont get 750 dmg.

i found the problem.
This Arcane doesnt proc on eximus and bosses... what make this whole arcane completly pointless -.-

That is a shame, you would think such an investment would be mainly for such enemies.

Bosses are capped to 4 status effects for some stupid reason which prevents your arcane from working. Would be actually nice to get some explanation for why this mechanic even exists. To keep them alive for longer? If so then why don't bosses just resist like 50% of the effects instead. This cap on status amount kind of feels like they realized there was an issue and then they fixed it with bubblegum and never bothered to take a look at it again, not even after numerous status reworks.
