Should I buy Rubico Prime?

I currently have 776 platinum out of the 1000 that I bought at a discount. So far I've bought orokin reactors/catalysts, warframe slots, and one prime warframe that I really wanted for 60 platinum via warframe.market, and wasted 75 for more colors.

I've seen some people use Rubico Prime and looked at its stats, and it looks like a really good weapon that I must have. Significantly better than regular Rubico even. I've got two of its parts already from opening void relics with randoms (probably common/uncommon parts).

If you like sniper rifles and are too lazy to farm/wait (not sure if it's vaulted) it, then go ahead and buy it. IMO it's a great weapon and I find myself using it a lot ^^

After scrolling through the update history for a while, I've learned that Rubico Prime (alongside Chroma Prime and Gram prime) was vaulted with update 28.2 on July 14th, exactly 2 months ago, before I started playing this game. I think it isn't coming back for a long time.

i tried to buy the blueprint and the guy said my mastery rank is too low
BUT MY MASTERY RANK IS 12!
was I trolled or is it just bugframe being bugged?
EDIT: the guy's rank was 10, so maybe that was the reason?

If it's only been recently vaulted, then this is probably the lowest you're going to see the price. It will only go up. Also Rubico Prime is considered an S tier weapon by most I believe. It hits pretty hard.

Doubt it would be a restriction unless he was buying the part from you

Just in case you don't know, make sure you both have 2FA enabled, or else you can't trade at all

Just in case you don't know, make sure you both have 2FA enabled, or else you can't trade at all

we both have 2FA, otherwise wouldn't been able to even start trading. And I was the one buying
either I got trolled by DE or by that guy

That guy probably didn't know what he was talking about. MR has nothing to do with what can be traded. If you were too low ranked for the weapon, you simply wouldn't be able to start the build in your foundry.

The game won't keep you from getting blueprints outside your rank. Hell, that MR 10 player had it. I loved Rubico so much at MR 7 I farmed the relics before realizing I couldn't use it. So I sat on the blueprint till I could build it.

Well worth it, mod it for crits and radiaton and enjoy killing everything.

good sniper, straight forward critical chance build, doesnt ask much for mind-twisting mod

radiation for missions
magnetic for index

use Harkonar Scope mod for practise, once you get the hang of it, exchange the mod for moar daymayj

the conclave mod it has that lowers zoom allows it to be used in CQC better imo

you can set the graphics settings globally for all snipers to use easier in CQC as well. Remove the scope entirely, makes them like any other gun. Ive been using vectis like this for a long time. Long range shots are rare in this game, only open world has any real distance, and that is just for fun.
