Any good tips on how to level up amps?

I've been neglecting my operators amp for a while now, however I know they are crucial for sentinels and Eidolon hunts, if anyone has any good ideas on how to just level up amps I would appreciate it.

Be a leech in high lvl endless missions by only using your operator.
Or for solo I would say T3 spy mission. Can use whatever you want, just hack the vaults with operator (ciphers work).
Another solo method is Saryn (or something similar), spread the spores and change to operator before the spores start to kill stuff. Haven't tried the Saryn method myself, so not sure if it actually works, but I've seen people suggest it so I assume it does.

Anything like Hydron, ESO helps a lot, if you have friends who don't mind you using the amp that isn't necessarily good.
Or like Vilu said, Spy missions.

You could try... using your Operator and the Amp you're leveling?
Especially if it's built for damage, you should do fine. I recently built a Klemora-Dissic-Certus and the thing shreds.

You can go to Sedna (Adaro), use Equinox to put enemies to sleep and just kill all of them with your Amp. I maxed out my Amp in 2 run from level 0 without affinity booster.

You need to just...have it equipped. Means go into operator mode.
So: Spend time in operator mode, preferably in a high xp mission. (e.g. ESO, Hydron)

Additionally killing with it is nice, but shouldnt make much of a difference.

Now for how to do it, a few suggestions:

Bumblebee:
If you got Hildryn: Build her for range and efficiency for her 4. Begin to hover, exit into operator mode.
Noteworthy this also gives her some more damage reduction (though not full. Frames left behind only turn invincible if they aint doing anything, Hilly will use her 4)
Now you got a giant hard-CC that you can port wherever you need her in an instand. Additionally she also creates lots of energy orbs and catches quite some fire. To "teleport her to your location" simply leave operator mode -you will be in Hildryn at your location-and then exit Hilly immediately again.
Giant hard CC and energy while leveling your amp- you are even doing something for the team!

Use Trinity. You usually dont need to pump energy to your team all of the time. Often this comes in "waves". Activate a proper energy vampire at the beginning of a wave, that should pump everyone, even those thirsty Wisps, full to the brim - and simply go into operator mode while your team mows em down.

Excalibur Umbra, Give him a good primary and do a survival, And just sit in operator all the time Umbra does half the work for you

Join Steel Path mission for farming anything and be Nekros.
Activate your 3.
Click 5.

That's it, when your operator is active then amp gets affinity, switch to warframe every now and then to check HP and whatnot, just so desecrate is not off for some reason.

Or ESO, join any group and be Rhino or Trinity, just Roar or EV and then switch to operator for the duration.

All option here seems to be a leech, you wont have people being the map for long when one person takes a backseat and not doing anything.

Saturn gives good exp and your amp should be able to actually kill them.

If you like the mode, Railjack is an option also. You can pilot or man the turrets in operator mode and the affinity will go to your amp, but the gains will be way slower than a normal affinity farm node so it isn't the best option if you don't enjoy playing Railjack.

Do high end spy missions and access the final consoles with your operator.

Go to hydron, zap a few things with your amp, then play normally.

Go do Survival or defense in the void
spam vortex and shoot the enemy with your amp
mine went from 0 to max in 7 min with booster. without i say around 10 min
