I just tried to fight kela for the first time I got about 3 shots in hardly any damage dealt to her like 1 100th of the armour and shes somehow glitched outside the map and I can't progress. anyone else got this issue?

outside the map? hmmm, you are supposed to step on the 4 buttons on the main stage and shoot the 4 targets 4 times, have you tried that?

"Outside of map" as in behind the window? We need a screenshot if she actually is bugged outside.

Right now it sounds like you started the next stage of the fight where you must stand on the buttons and shoot green lights behind the rotating discs.

And also carry apart the need to be constantly dodging her Missiles I've 1st done that Assassination with at the time my (regular) Nezha because of her innate skilset's mobillity and mostly also because of her 3rd skill's extra huge Shield.
And also I advise you to carry a Primary weapon that deals decent amount of damage mod'ded for Corrosive because that usually works well upon most of the common Factions units and targets (i.e.: Grineer, Corpus and Infested).

I tend to use a stealth frame for ALL assassinations. They are easier to complete.

here's a screenshot, I know how to do the mission I didn't progress enough for the buttons to pop up I was walking around the arena without getting attacked

Yeah, the 2nd time I went to collect Saryn parts to subsume I either took my Ivara (Prime or not it depended on which Focus skill tree I was trying to develop further) or Ash Prime, then a decent Bow as a 1st (primary weapon, like Daikyu, Cernos Prime or Paris Prime[/i] for mere examples (if you haven't got a Hush mod'ed Nataruk, ofc), took a decent 2nd (secondary) weapon damage dealing one such as for instance a Suppress mod'ed Hystrix or Epitaph. That usually does most of the job and the 2nd weapon was mostly to hit the spinning targets in the mid time.
And since I'm a sucker for Glaives and Whips the one that suited me fancy at that time, although Glaives tend to have more range than the later.

And if it's trully bugged, which may happen then I highly advise you to "Abort" and then restart the mission.
