So we got the objective and everything, go to extraction and the game just doesn't let us extract, starts the countdown and so we lose the Dante blueprint and all opther rewards as it marks is a failed mission. What of it?

dont know what to tell ya, the game can bug out, it is frustrating when that happens but yeah.

run out of it and go back in. I'm also pretty sure if using titania's 4th ability while going into extraction. It doesn't count as player in extraction.

As an avid titania player, I have not run into this issue, I extract in razorwing all the time, you have to be lower to the ground if it isn't registering, around head or chest height for standard warframe is usually good

Unfortunately this happens from time to time and not only on that mission. My personal experience dictates that this usually happens in cooperative missions (never happened to me in solo mode) in which you stay for a long time and/or sometimes when a player or the team nukes everything too quickly. It seems that this way to play somehow bugs the mission triggers. In this case, it is best for player 1 (the host) to sacrifice himself so that everyone does not lose everything and exit the game, making way for the migration to occur (this usually works). And sometimes (just sometimes) when this happens, you later receive a message in your inbox where they send you what you lost... I don't know what it depends on, but on some occasions I have recovered things through that means and on others the message with the lost items attached is not generated at all...
