Why I can't see anyone in the chat?

Hi guys a comeback to warframe after a long break. And I spotted that all chats: like trading chat, general chat, helping chat are empty no messages. And when I visited trading market there are no players at all. And I am just wondering thats the problem?

You're either in an empty server which can be fixed in your settings by changing your region, or you have a chat ban.

I tried to change region and it didn`t change anything. And for the second I can`t have a chat ban because I used to play warframe solo. Not making intereaction with other playres, just to sell some items. And I faced this problem when I return to warframe after a long break. So I don`t think that I have been banned because I haven`t done anything wrong to get the ban. Maybe, someone also faced this problem and can give me any tips.
