Excalibur Prime for console players is unobtaniable.

The game came to consoles well after the chance to be a founder was available. Not only that, but there was NO option or reward to become a founder on a PS4/xbox one system. Why cant the console players get a founders reward?

Now that the game is cross-save, that makes it even more un-fair to see. A request to the devs, with all platforms merged, at least give those who want it, an option to acquire this warframe. Place it in a limited time 80 dolalr pack like you did with those stupid frost and mag skins if you have to. I'll pay it.

That would be pay to win, because:

1. It clearly has better stats than regular Excalibur, and getting better stats by paying is the definition of pay to win.

2. He is also superior to Excalibur Umbra, because he doesn't require an augment (Warrior's rest) to benefit from Vazarin's protective dash, Arcane trickery and duration based subsumed abilities as Umbra does. (because these turn off when you use transference). That leaves Excalibur Prime with a 1 mod advantage over Umbra, and paying for an advantage is pay to win too.

Because at the time of the founders pack being released, it wasn't stated that the game would be cross-platform years later. Thats why its unfair.

if they were to keep it in it's own eco system, which was PC, then it wouldn't have mattered.

It's unfair to not give access to an optional frame that isn't better or better looking than umbra but it isn't unfair to go back on a promess made to people who aid and paid for the game when it wasn't guaranteed to be succesfull and last as long as it did?
It has nothing to do with corssplateforme or where you play the game but more about rewarding players who supported the game in it's early days.

Well yes, this is true as well, it'd be a slap in the face to those who did support it in its early days. But putting the game on console also helped with its survival. I wonder why they never got a founders pack or any exclusive warframe even if it wasnt excal prime.

second its pretty much a beta item
third umbra exist for this very reason

this is not the first long surviving live service to have such things
league of legends has a literal beta skin and 3 others that can not been recieved ever with their yearly victorious skins on top of those

Your logic makes no sense. Wouldn't cross-save technically make it less "unfair", since founders could use their exclusives on console, thus technically giving console players access to Excalibur Prime?

Also, its never going to happen, and there is no point in begging or whining about it. It is basically just spam, a fact you acknowledges from the start. You already got Umbra, who has the exact same stats, instead. There is no reason for them to bring Excal Prime back and outrage people when they could just make something else instead.

No it wouldn't make it less unfair. Because not everyone who has a PC also uses a console. Or vice versa. And out of those, Not everyone who has/use both is a founder.

You also neglected half of the other part of the post. About how, if it isnt Excal prime, then why not something else that was exclusive. Who cares if umbra is here, what if i want the excal just for it's looks alone?

On a different note, this is my very first posts/thread about the subject. There is currently No rule that states i cant express my opinion on this. So until a mod tells me to stop bringing up the subject or its written in the rules of the form, im going to continue to ask for it. Whether you like it or not.

If its not such a big deal, then whats the harm in actually releasing the frame again for a limited time. Or a skin. Either way, I remain un-deterred.

So devs, encase your reading, consider this my official complaint on the subject. Make excal prime available again. Those founders are gone anyway, no one would complain.

If only Umbra was equal to Prime... but because Umbra's sentience dissables helminth, arcanes and operator buffs among other buffs(known bug they refuse to fix since he got launched) Umbra is not equal, he is just an inferior option for endgame purposes.

And before someone mentions "Warrior's Rest" augment... Having to waste a mod slot just to fit in a Warrior's Rest to make him equal to Excalibur Prime just proves my point that he is not equal.
