There was a post about the next hotfix

Rage/Hunter Adrenaline will now grant Energy when you don't have Shields, so Inaros and Nidus (or any frame when their Shields are temporarily down), can regenerate Energy even through Overguard.

Doesn't seem like a big deal. Nidus doesn't care about energy too much, Inaros is already a high-health warframe, and the liklihood of other shield-based warframes having their shields down yet overguard up, and be able to exploit that advantage with rage/hunter's adrenaline is incredibly unrealistic.
